Because business innovation is fueled by technology and UX professionals are central to creating these transformative experiences, it is critical that we research the role that UX professionals play.
There is a need to understand who UX professionals are, as well as how they create transformative digital experiences from a communication studies perspective.

What to Expect
To participate, simply respond to the short online survey with your interest in participating—it only takes a few minutes to complete once you review and accept the Informed Consent for the study.
From here, you can schedule your 60-minute video Zoom interview session with the researcher. The session is to learn more about you as a UX professional and how you approach digital transformation initiatives. Information shared will remain anonymous as it is intended for dissertation research and other academic publication purposes.
